My bike needed some attention and I popped in here on a whim. Joao the mechanic on shift sorted it on the spot. I also witnessed him help out the next customers, love to see bike shops with great mechanics keeping people rolling.

Their Rottnest Island e-Bike hire was superb! All day parking garage across the street. Then 5 min pedal to Fremantle B-Shed Ferry dock. They supply helmet and bike lock. You simply add "own bike" to your Ferry booking. ** More convenient than hiring e-Bike on the Island. Disembark off Ferry and start pedaling. Rottnest Island is full of hills... While holidaying from New Zealand we decided to visit Wadjemup Rottnest Island. Having previously hired a bike on the island, which turned out to be in terrible condition and expensive, we chose this time to take bikes with us. PEB were great to deal with, keeping everything simple and organised. We picked the bikes up in the morning (with helmets, locks and a set of pannier bags) and jumped on the ferry. After exploring the island, we dropped the bikes back to the shop around 5.15pm. Too easy 👍

We hired 2 bikes for 10 days and they were in good shape, better than most rental bikes I have used before. We had a slight problem of trying to get the front wheel to seat properly, but after this the bikes were great. Perth Electric Bicycles provide good service and great value for money. I recommend them.

Prompt friendly service with good advice. I enjoyed my e-bike conversions, I am getting my second bike converted so that my family can enjoy the fun!

Bike conversion still going strong after 3 years, just had some very quick and friendly help from them as my back light had stopped working - AA batteries just needed changing out after all this time!

We live in the United States, and we wanted to buy a Trike as a gift for a loved one who lives in Perth. Henry was “Johnny on the spot”, ready to facilitate the transaction, and make it happen. In a nutshell I would highly recommend them for all your leisure needs. Professional, honest, and above all courteous.

I recently had a 200W front hub motor with thumb throttle fitted to my old Malvern Star and I am very impressed. I don’t think I could have gone for a setup which suits me better. Having manual control over the amount of assistance is great, especially when taking off. I could have easily spent five times as much money on a new bike and not have a much better result. I was a bit sceptical about the 200W vs 250W for power assisted pedalling but the 200W gives plenty of go for ordinary cycling.

Extremely responsive and helpful supplier. Purchased a Mid drive Conversion Kit which was delivered to Albany a couple of days later. No fuss. When my local bike shop said bike frame was too light to take the strain and recommended against installation, PEB offered to refund given return was in same condition as delivered. Top to deal with during this process.

Staff are always helpful and prices are very reasonable. I don't even live near Freo but this shop is still my go-to!

fantastic feedback on what I need

Great customer service and easy to deal with, even when they're swamped busy. I bought a mid-drive kit and battery which was easy to fit, especially after getting some tips from the mechanic. Later I had a couple of minor issues with some of the components but the guys happily exchanged them for new parts without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.
